Coast Guard Base Kodiak is a major coastal installation of the United States Coast Guard, located in Kodiak, Alaska. The base's largest military unit is Kodiak Air Station. It is also home port for several cutters. Historic elements it includes are the Naval Operating Base Kodiak, Fort Greeley and Fort Abercrombie.

The base began as US Navy Naval Air Station Kodiak on June 15, 1941. Artillery resides on Baskin Hill, Artillery Hill, and at Fort Abercrombie (now a state park), but little remains of the Fort Greeley barracks.

On April 17, 1947, the Coast Guard Air Station was commissioned as an aviation unit at the naval base with one PBY Catalina aircraft, several pilots, and thirty crew members. On 25 April 1972, the order establishing Coast Guard Base Kodiak and CG RADSTA Kodiak was issued by the CG Commanding Officer. CG Kodiak Air Station already operates three HC-130H aircraft and two HH-52A helicopters. Today, CG Air Station Kodiak operates five HC-130J aircraft, five MH-60T Jayhawk helicopters and five MH-65C Dolphin helicopters.

Naval Operating Base Kodiak, Fort Greeley, and Fort Abercrombie are jointly listed on the National Register of Historic Places and were also designated a National Historic Landmark in 1985 for the role the facilities played during World War II.

On April 12, 2012, two members of the Coast Guard were found shot to death at their workplaces in one of the base's communications buildings.

After an investigation by the FBI, Coast Guard Investigative Service and Alaska State Troopers, the main suspect (James Michael "Jim" Wells) was arrested. There are also no Marine bases.

It is a support and training base and a major player in Red Flag training exercises.
